Artifacts and works of art
Our collections comprise over 19,590 objets in total.
Not all objects in our collections are on permanent display. Most are kept in storage and are only brought out occasionally to enrich our permanent exhibition or to create thematic exhibitions.
Textiles, costumes, visual arts and various objects from our local heritage are distributed as follows:
Donation of the month
Each month we will present an object that has been generously donated to the Museum.

In November, you can enjoy the beautiful fall scenery, relax at home, or take the opportunity to visit a museum!
The Musée Beaulne, for example, houses a large collection of artifacts of all kinds.
During your visit, you can learn more about history through our themed exhibitions. This year, we showcased buttons! This collection was made possible through donations from several individuals.
Buttons have a fascinating history! Did you know that a button collector is called a phillumenist?

Archives and documents
The Beaulne Museum's documentation center includes numerous archives and documents that can provide information on places, organizations and important people from the city of Coaticook. There are also several books, periodicals and newspapers providing information on various subjects, such as the history of the region, fashion and costume, textile and visual arts.
